L2 Technical Support Engineer plays a key role as the front-line interface between the Engineering team and Product Owner and operates as a second level of support.
Responsible for providing L2 support by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents and providing support for software bugs and other technical problems (including the API) in accordance with applicable service level agreements.
Build, deploy, and maintain the client-side software packages for both Windows and Mac Operating Systems
Escalate incident tickets through the appropriate channels and hold those escalated to accountable for responding in accordance with SLAs.
Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets at one time.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the on-prem servers.
Participate in code review, architectural discussions, and document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, specifications, and integration points.
Identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively engage the appropriate vendors/teams to mitigate and resolve issues.
Effectively document investigative steps and analysis to escalate technical issues to the Product and IT owners.
Responsible to do the onshore offshore handoff and relay the communications on a timely manner to avoid gaps.
Estimates and plans out work through user stories and tasks.
Understand Business needs and run proof of concepts to demonstrate new functionality requirements.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A minimum of 2 years of experience with NetDocuments Document Management System and administration and configuration of NetDocuments and its related integrations such as DocuSign, Accuroute and SharePoint applications
Proficient with MS Office applications and add-ons
Proficient in .NET, C#, SQL, and API development
High School Diploma/GED
