Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in credit analysis, billing, and collections? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about maintaining strong financial controls and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the existing customer base for changes in credit risk and update credit lines accordingly.
Research and establish credit terms for new customers.
Investigate and resolve customer disputes or escalate as needed.
Create, maintain, and monitor all loan and credit files within the database.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to follow up on outstanding issues.
Approve deliveries and shipments, including credit hold releases, while effectively communicating reasons to customers and sales teams.
Maintain current accounts by reviewing balances, credit limits, past due invoices, and payment histories.
Process billing, accounts receivable transactions, and credit memos.
Complete vendor forms and other administrative tasks.
Support the Accounting Department with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
2–4 years of experience in credit analysis and accounts receivable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) and other financial systems.
Strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
Solid experience in credit, billing, and collections.
