Description Robert Half is currently seeking a diligent Data Input Clerk to join our public sector client based in Mission Valley, CA. The perfect candidate will have sharp attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. For the right individual, this position carries the potential for permanent, permanent employment. Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update and maintain accurate data across various organizational databases and information systems.
Examine source documents for completion and accuracy, correct any inconsistencies and verify data output.
Translate complex data into a simplified, comprehensive format in line with the organization’s requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Practice strict confidentiality when processing sensitive and personal information.
Produce routine reports for department heads and other members of management as required.
Provide support for special data-related projects as directed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar data entry or data management role; public sector experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Exhibits excellent typing speed and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work within strict deadlines.
Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments and flexible with scheduling.
Able to work cohesively within a team and independently when required.
