4-6+ Years of Experience
Windows Server Management
Active Directory Management, Windows Sites/Services, Administer GPOs
VMware (90% VMware now but migrating to Nutanix HCI) | Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure Environments preferred (Hyper-V or other would suffice)
Backups (Cohesity or Rubrik)
Okta MFA, M365 Cloud
Cloud Infrastructure (Azure) – use Azure Rubrik for offsite storage (moving data to ADP)
Day-to-day management of VMware virtual environment
Network Support (Fiber Optics, Lease Lines)
Mitel On-Prem VoIP System
System Health Monitoring, Server Room Monitoring
Support Building Security (Access Control)
Assist with Cyber Security tasks / duties as needed
Desktop Support (help out with tickets, printer support, PCs, O365, etc.)
Municipal / Public Sector Experience (preferred)
Incentives as an FTE: Start at 90-100k, can grow up to 120k as FTE - Receive an additional $2,100+/month (26k/year) for health care plans (elite government benefits package) - receive annual raises (5%)
