- Bachelor’s degree plus a technical background and at least 4 years of experience.
- BS/BA in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience writing software documentation for a technical audience
- Knowledge of single sourcing methodology
- Knowledge of style guide development
- High level of creativity, dependability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to meet project needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with different levels of the organization and work effectively with peers
- Experience with HTML, XML, Oxygen, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, GIT/GIT Hub
