We are seeking a talented individuals to assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant in a manner that will provide the ultimate dining experience and guest satisfaction; and in addition, help ensure the restaurants profitability, and provide a friendly and enthusiastic work environment for all team members.
Candidate will need an energy level to match this lively Mexican restaurant and have exceptional hospitality and leadership skills. Experience with Mexican food, cooking, inventory, labor scheduling, POS systems and promotional ideas.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 3-5 years floor supervisory experience in Casual Dining environment (table service with a full bar); to include experience in training, knowledge of California employment law, and motivating staff.
BILINGUAL English/Spanish required. Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and Hospitality to customers and staff alike.
Must be Professional and should possess Excellent Communication skills, along with integrity, good judgment, and must understand necessary confidentiality.
Willing to work in any area of San Diego/County.

Acting as floor manager during shifts
Giving real-time feedback to team members that motivates.
