Lead Barista (Growth Opportunity) – New Coffee Shop
We’re opening a small, quality-driven coffee shop and are looking for a strong, dependable barista who can help set the tone, standards, and culture from day one. Have strong experience with drinks, and operations, inventory.
This is not a manager role, but it is a leadership position for the right person—someone who takes pride in their work, shows up strong, and leads by example.
What We’re Looking For
A skilled barista with solid knowledge of espresso-based drinks, milk texturing, and workflow
Excellent customer service skills — warm, confident, and professional
A strong individual who is reliable, mature, and calm under pressure
Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs (coffee supplies, equipment, etc.)
Someone who naturally steps up, helps others, and takes ownership
We also have the opportunity of making alcohol drinks, sell champaigne, martinis and more
Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks consistently
Deliver great guest experiences every shift
Help establish daily routines, cleanliness, and drink standards
As we grow, assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
Support training of new team members when added
Maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace
Must have Health Permit
Growth Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who wants more responsibility without corporate management pressure. As the shop grows, you’ll grow with it—taking on scheduling duties and becoming the go-to lead on the floor.
Minimum Pay with good Tips ( This is where you will make good to very decent money)
