Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for a baker to join our strong team. We are located on 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G. We are an authentic French Bakery and Pastry Company. We make absolutely everything from scratch and fresh everyday.
Our ideal candidate is not necessarily someone with lots of professional experience. However, we are looking for someone dynamic, passionate, driven to learn and looking to self develop.

Full Time:
shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm
2 days off in a row

Responsibilities
Assisting in the croissant production department
Follow recipes
Laminate from scratch croissant dough
Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form baguettes, loafs, croissants, cookies, danishes
Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
At Least 1 year of relevant PROFESSIONAL experience
Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
