Versailles Café and Pastries is seeking a skilled and passionate French Pastry Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience crafting authentic French pastries and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-quality custom desserts, including cakes, fruit tarts, eclairs, entremets, & croquembouches.
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation in line with our established standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years professional baking experience with a focus on French pastries & desserts.
Strong knowledge of traditional French baking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
Reliability and Punctuality are key qualities of the successful candidate.
