We are looking for a skilled, reliable Line Cook to join our Kitchen Team at Francas Italian Kitchen and Bar! We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and has at least 3 years of professional cooking and pizza experience in a fast paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
prepare and execute menu items consistantly and efficiently
maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards,
work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
asset with prep, setup, and closing duties
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of line cook experience
Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to handle a high-volume kitchen
Food Handler’s card (or ability to obtain one)
