Long time established Italian Restaurant seeks experienced Lead line cook for Italian Restaurant in San Diego (South Park).
Capable of executing a wide range of dishes: Sauces, Pastas, Stocks and Grilling, Sautéed and Salads.
Responsibilities
-Control and direct food preparation process
-Order of ingredients
-Be fully in charge of the Kitchen Schedule
Minimum 5 years experience as Cook in Italian Restaurant.
