Pasta Design makes craft pastas and sauces at the Liberty Public Market in Point Loma. We are located on 2820 Historic Decatur Rd.
We are looking for energetic individuals for our counter service fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Job will include prep and cooking pasta dishes to order.
We are looking for one line cook to join the kitchen crew.
Part time position:
- Monday, Thursday and Saturday morning from 10am to 3.30pm.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday afternoon from 3pm to 8.30pm. and Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 8.30pm.
Responsibilities
Set up workstation
Prep
Cook dishes to order
Follow health and safety guidelines
Keep the station clean
Deep cleaning at the end of the shift
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cook (sauté station 1 year)
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Must have a work permit and have reliable transportation.
