Being on campus means we are busy when school is in session and very slow when they are not (July-September). Campus is extremely slow during these times which also includes the winter holiday break.

During summer months the hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm.

During the busy times (Fall Semester, Winter Semester, Spring Semester) we are very busy with extended hours, M-F 10am - 9pm and Sat/Sun 11am - 6pm and menu ( Lunch, Dinner). We also are extremely busy with Catering during these times. Catering skills a plus.

Training will start upon hire date.

This position will require the following skills:

-Experience as line cook.

-Cleanliness and organizational skills a must.

-ServSafe Certified a plus.

-Being self motivated.

-Being able to hold standards and consistency.

-Being able to work long hours when necessary due to multiple caterings.

-Working independently as well as with a team.

-Showing a positive attitude at all times which in turn keeps a positive environment thriving.

-Showing respect to all co-workers, managers, etc

This position is full time or part time.

Parking (paid) will be the responsibility of the employee. There are several lots close to us. There is a trolley line close on campus also.

Compensation will include hourly pay, plus cash tips paid weekly.

Hourly pay will depend on experience and reviewed after 30 days.

One shift meal is allowed.
