We are looking for a part time Pastry cook to help us with our small pastry program. We use the best of the best farm products to create ultra seasonal dessert offerings for our guest.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare all food to the highest standard
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to our customers
- To work alongside Chef Mike to create dishes that utilize whole fish and vegetables in order to minimize wastage
- Must have great knife skills
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Responsible for maintaining stations and practicing good safety & sanitation procedures
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude & team player
