-have at least 2 years of experience
-open availability
-open to working holidays and weekends
-some wine, beer, cocktail knowledge
-be able to handle 4 tables
-be able to handle the stress of busy nights
-starting time would anywhere from 3:30-4:30 p.m. and ending anywhere from 9-10:00 p.m.
-knowledge of table maintenance
