We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for elderly female family member in Carlsbad. The ideal candidate will have experience in elderly care and a genuine love for helping others. Tagalog speaking preferred.
Patient is bed ridden and requires assistance with feeding, changing diapers and re-positioning.
Responsibilities:
Prepare light meals
Provide companionship and engage in conversation
Help with light housekeeping and laundry
Manage daily medication
Offer mobility assistance and encourage physical activity
Qualifications:
Prior experience in caregiving or a related field
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills (Tagalog speaking preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Background check required
Schedule:
Flexible hours; part-time or full-time options available. Night and Day shifts available.
