This is a Home Health position, very hands on with the ability to make instantaneous, important decisions and reactions at times. You should have hands on experience with at least 65% experience of the list below. The job is usually very casual, however you should be in good physical condition and have the ability to react with extreme measures with confidence.
The shifts are 7pm - 7am straight pay/cash, 3&4 days per week. There is a possibility of backup coverage/extra shifts occasionally. You should be friendly, talkative, inquisitive, knowledgeable and in good physical condition. You should have reliable transportation and experience in home health, although not completely necessary. A solid medical background is important. Working with Quadriplegia, ALS, MS, Ventilators is a plus. I do have a 3 shift mandatory training period so you are not starting this job cold.

I do background checks with previous employers and law enforcement, please have a somewhat clean record and references. This is a decent paying job and usually laid back, there is some light house keeping, cooking, laundry, normal ADL’s. This is not just a job, it’s an Experience!
