POWAY Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available
The LVN works together as a team with caregivers to help care for only 4 clients.
This is not a SNF or an Assisted Living Facility.
Job duties include: Nursing assessments, following MD orders, passing medications, administering treatments, checking vital signs, charting reports, medication reconciliations on the electronic MAR, ordering medication refills, contacting primary care providers and specialists regarding health needs, scheduling medical appointments, accompanying clients to appointments, assist with transporting clients in company van on appointments, outings and activities, assisting caregivers with ADL's, and working collaboratively with the members of the interdisciplinary team to help meet positive client outcomes.

Requirements: Active LVN License (CA)
First Aid and CPR Certification
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Effective and professional communication in both verbal and written form
Clear DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check prior to employment
Must be in good physical health, TB clearance, Physical, First Aid/CPR
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25+ lbs
Hold a valid California Drivers license in good standing with reliable transportation to get to work
