Orissa Med Spa Boutique is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to oversee the clinical operations of our Med Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic treatments, specifically with Botox, Morpheus 8, and IV serums. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Oversight:
- Administer Botox, Morpheus 8, and IV serums to patients while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
- Develop and implement treatment protocols and best practices in collaboration with the medical director.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
2. Leadership and Staff Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of nursing and aesthetic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions and skill assessments to ensure staff competency in aesthetic procedures.
3. Patient Care and Consultation:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients regarding procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
4. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the med spa, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote services and grow the client base.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to drive continuous improvement in services offered.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to aesthetic treatments.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Nurse Practitioner
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in aesthetic nursing, specifically with Botox, Morpheus 8, and IV serum therapies.
