We are seeking a professional and welcoming Plastic Surgery Center Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience by managing front-desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, compassionate, and capable of handling a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations with sales background

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy.

Answer and route phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, including pre-operative and follow-up visits.

Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in records.

Patient Coordination

Provide patients with necessary paperwork and assist with its completion.

Communicate pre- and post-operative instructions as directed by clinical staff.

Address patient inquiries regarding appointments, billing, or services, escalating as needed.

Administrative Duties

Manage and maintain patient files in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Process payments and generate receipts, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain an efficient workflow.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering front-office supplies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree or healthcare-related training (preferred).

Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or cosmetic practice (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in scheduling software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
