Full Job Description:
New private pediatric dentistry practice is seeking a full time RDA in Ramona, CA.
Work Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Compensation starts at $30 an hour based on experience.
We are a brand new, high-end pediatric dentistry office seeking a fun, energetic, outgoing, patient-oriented person to join our team. Candidate must have a positive, supportive attitude and experience working with kids. It is our goal to provide a kind, friendly environment for patients and employees and to build long-term relationships in the community.

At least 1 year dental assistance experience required.
Position Requirements:
- RDA license
- X-ray license
- Coronal polish certificate
- BLS (if not certified, we will cover you certification)
Job Duties include:
- Chair set-up and breakdown
- Instrument sterilization
- Stocking rooms with supplies
- Taking x-rays on kids
- Coronal polishing
- Chair side assisting
- Dental charting
- Oral hygiene instruction
- Communicating with patients and parents about their treatment
- Cleaning and organizing
- Cross-training for front office duties (taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance)
- Providing excellent customer service
