we are currently hiring a customer service repair man/woman. as a company we offered our clients 1 year warranty after installations, this means we have to replace cracked tiles, uneven tiles, clean grout, retouch caulk, demo tile walls at times etc this job is a full time job with overtime when needed
experience is not required but its welcome and it will have an impact on starting paid, we could provided training, tools, transportation (with valid license and clean driving record) English is also required since there will be interaction with homeowners, paid vacation and sick leave included
all work is in San Diego county
Responsibilities
meet with homeowners at their residence to execute repairs and have workorders signed
Install, repair, and replace various types of tile along with small repairs on marble,quartz,granite countertops
Measure, cut, and lay flooring materials with accuracy
Prepare and level surfaces before installation
Work independently or with a crew to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a flooring installer (residential and/or commercial)
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation techniques
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different environments
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must have basic tools for the trade
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
