Job Description: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as a Door Monitor. The Door Monitor will be responsible for monitoring the entrance and exit points of our establishment to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of our patrons and staff.
Responsibilities:
Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
Check for valid identification upon entry.
Conduct bag checks or inspections as necessary.
Respond to and report any security concerns or incidents to management.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work an early AM position
Must be dependable and punctual.
