This is hands-on construction work. You need to know how to do a little bit of everything, or be willing to learn and put in real effort.
SKILLS IN DEMAND
Experience in any of the following is a big plus:
General construction
Trades Experience Strongly Preferred or knowledge around these areas
Demolition (demo)
Concrete work
Framing
Tile
Hanging drywall
Painting
Also open to strong laborers who:
Want to learn the trade
Can handle tougher physical work
Aren’t afraid of demo, cleanup, and grind work
Want to be part of a team long-term
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLES)
Must have your own basic tools
Must have your own vehicle
Must be reliable (show up on time, every time) Start Early- End Early
Must be a hard worker
No excuses
No drug addicts Don't waste my time if you are currently shooting up or smoking it.
