Job description
Fallbrook property with pristine 55 acres is seeking a live in, full time groundskeeper and maintenance person to live on premises. Tasks include all types of yard care including irrigation, weed eating, blowing, trimming along with other tasks such as washing vehicles and janitorial duties as needed. We are looking for a mature, single person to live on premises (sorry no couples or families due to limited space for accommodations) with at least 2 years landscape/maintenance experience . Schedule can vary but must be available to work some weekends. . Must be able to speak English and be able to take direction and work well with others. A valid CA driver's license is required to operate our vehicles. Private accommodations with utilities are included. Please email resume for review
