Need someone who lives in Carlsbad or nearby to set a bunch of rat traps outside the house & inside the garage & upstairs attic. Also, need someone who can seal up several access points on the roof:
Several possible entry points for rodents were identified in the following areas:
1. Four roof side panels had a 1-inch hole or gap on the East side of the home
2. An unscreened dryer vent on the East side of the home
3. A 0.5 inch gap in a pipe that leads into the washing room
4. Gaps in the corner of the South second-floor roof
5. A 2-inch hole on a roof board above the back patio
6. A gap in one roof siding on the West side of the home
7. Gaps in the corner of the front door entrance where dead vines are growing out of
8. A 1-inch hole on the corner roof shingles at the corner of the garage and front patio
9. Gaps around the sealed pipes from the heater
We already have a pest control service, but we need the above access points seal off today but will also need ongoing help baiting traps.
