Candidato ideal:
- Experiencia en conserjería. (dispuesto a entrenar a candidatos calificados)
- Ética de trabajo duro, honesto, disciplinado y respetuoso.
- Actitud positiva.

We are looking to hire cleaning techs / day porters to clean residential buildings and gated communities in SAN DIEGO
FOR Full-time & Part-time
What we do:
- Cleaning and Maintenance of common areas in luxury buildings/private residential communities.
- Patio dusting
- Maintenance / Cleaning of Gyms, Bathrooms, Hallways, Lobbies, Elevators, Trash removal, Pool Areas, Floors.
- Work is done both indoors and outdoors of residential buildings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Janitorial / Cleaning experience. (willing to train qualified candidates)
- Honest, disciplined, Respectful and great work ethic.
- Positive attitude.
- 25%-50% English
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE
