Please note that I was retained recently to travel to Wilmington, Delaware Federal Bankruptcy Court to argue for modification of a confirmed Chapter 11 injunction to allow an injured plaintiff in California State Court to gain access to that debtor's insurance policy. After examining Debtor's Supervising Trustee in that case, the Court granted the motion.
Also, please review a recent Chapter 11 Confirmation, 21-10608-ES, which was confirmed by Judge Erithe Smith in Orange County Bankruptcy Court on August 3, 2022. This case also included a competitive Chapter 11 Plan filed by a major creditor which I was able to convince the Court to dismiss, in addition to confirming my client's Plan. I have a later confirmed Chapter 11 case before the Presiding Judge of the Central District, Judge Theodor Albert, which was confirmed on July 2, 2024.
