What is the Job?
The position available is Graphic Designer. Someone comfortable and proficient in the use of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Comfortable with speaking with clients.
At T-Shirt Mart, the title Graphic Designer is misleading and in a way an inaccurate assessment of the duties and responsibilities tasked to our Design Team. Let me be clear, if you simply want to sit and just design with minimal human interactions, then this job IS NOT FOR YOU.
Now if you want to learn, truly learn how Screen Printing, Embroidery, Vinyl, Direct to Garment, etc works from start to finish, then we can give you that opportunity to teach you, but only if you are willing to learn. Yes, our designers will be responsible for each step of the entire garment making process: Consultation, Designing, Pre-Production Setup, and Production of the Garment.
