Administrative & Operations Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)
Overview
Local Concept is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support internal operations, documentation, and communications. This is an administrative role focused on written communication, technical execution, and operational follow-through.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple workflows, and maintaining clarity and consistency across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across internal projects
Maintain organized records, documentation, and shared files
Track internal tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Support internal coordination to ensure projects move forward smoothly
Written Communication
Draft, edit, and proofread professional written communications (emails, internal updates, client-facing materials as needed)
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written content
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Technical & Systems Support
Work confidently within the Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
Support CRM updates and internal systems tracking
Create and update visual assets using Canva (presentations, one-pagers, internal or external materials)
Assist with basic website or content updates as needed
Troubleshoot routine technical or workflow issues independently
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Strong technical proficiency, including:
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel
Canva (designing and editing professional materials)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Strong time management and follow-through
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience supporting operations, administration, or project coordination
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Apollo.io)
Experience in a professional services or agency environment
Role Details
Employment Type: Part-time, remote
Hours: 10-12 hours per week. Must have regular working-hours overlap with both:
U.S. Pacific Time (PT)
Madrid / Central European Time (CET)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
