We’re hiring a sharp Admin / Data Entry professional for an established construction contractor in Oceanside (framing/rough carpentry). This is a TEMP-to-HIRE opportunity for the right person, and they need help immediately.

Start Date: Monday (ASAP)

Schedule: 8:00am or 9:00am start (day shift)

Pay: $20–$22/hr (DOE)

Location: Oceanside, CA 92058 (353 Airport Rd area)

What you’ll be doing

This role is focused on high-volume, high-accuracy data entry in Excel:

Entering and organizing 1 year of timecards

Processing weekly timecard data for 200 employees/week

Cleaning up/standardizing data, verifying entries, catching errors

Supporting admin tasks related to payroll/timekeeping documentation

What we need from you

Strong Excel skills (must be comfortable working fast and clean)

High WPM / fast typer

Extremely detail-oriented (this project must be accurate)

Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately

Prior timecard/payroll admin exposure is a plus (not required if you’re strong in Excel + data entry)
