This position involves managing a small business's day-to-day administration. Duties include: general office tasks, computer entry, accounting, responding to customer inquiries, good phone skills, making travel arrangements, and coordinating schedules with our service technicians.
General computer skills are required. Experience and competence using software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Calendar, Sheets, & Drive, etc. We will provide training for QuickBooks (our accounting software) .
Honesty, reliability, self-motivated, hard worker, willingness to learn, and flexibility are at the top of our list of qualifications.
This is a long-term position (health benefits, retirement program) in a relaxed office atmosphere. Work hours are during the week (Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm). All work is in our physical office. No weekend hours required.
Office is located in the Point Loma / Sports Arena.
