Position Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Part-Time Production and Customer Support Specialist. Ideal candidates will have very good experience with computer applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CorelDRAW (a plus). Responsibilities include preparing production jobs, data entry, file preparation, managing shipping labels, and providing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare production jobs, data entry, alignment, and ensure customization details are accurately inputted.
Use Google Sheets and Excel for order updates and data management.
Prepare files for printing and production.
Manage and print shipping labels.
Answer customer queries via email and shop inbox.
Update and manage orders on platforms like Amazon Seller, Etsy, and Shopify.
Assist in production tasks.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience with CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software is a plus.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication skills for handling customer inquiries and support.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller, Etsy, Shopify) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation
Ability to work on-site in Oceanside, CA 92054
