We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage calendars and appointments for staff members
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with organizing office events and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Obtain quotes from vendors
-Enter time entries into computer software and record payments by customers
Position pays $16 an hour.
