Well known Pharmaceutical company seeks Receptionist/HR Clerk to be responsible for the management of the front reception area in Human Resources and perform administrative duties in support of the company’s operations and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for Human Resources department, professionally directing all incoming calls, ensuring correct redirection, as necessary.
Demonstrate ability to communicate and represent Company effectively to internal and external visitors
Assisting the HR Team with day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions
Arrange meeting logistics
Maintain appearance of reception area
Enter expense reports for employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
1+ years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent of 4+ years of administrative support experience.
Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with others.
Must have discretion, confidentiality, and operate with high ethics and integrity.
Able to use judgment and make routine recommendations for resolving problems in moderately complex assignments.
Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Ability to plan and prioritize, meet deliverables and targeted deadlines.
Ability to adapt to minor changes in routine to achieve objectives.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
