Loan Processor Assistant/TC wanted full time for fast paced Manufactured/Mobile Home/Real Estate sales company. Responsibilities include, completing loan applications for approval, fulfilling stips/conditions, completing escrow take sheets, ordering appraisals and insurance quotes, reviewing and preparing loan packages and escrow documents, Fed Express shipments, escrow closings, etc., etc. Must be organized, detail oriented and proficient in customer service and satisfaction.
