Office Admin Position - We are looking for individuals who are organized and can multi-task!
A family owned real estate company in Pacific Beach is looking for an office administrator with Appfolio experience. As part of our office team, you’ll help run the day to day operations of our property management office. You’ll be responsible for many important functions like work order assessment, vendor evaluation, job site checks and work scheduling. We are looking for a professional who can effectively communicate with tenants, property owners and our handymen and subcontractors. Daily Duties for Position:
Email correspondence for our maintenance department
Answer phones and respond to voicemail messages
Intake and update work orders as needed
Evaluate estimates from vendors
Knowledge of Google Mail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel
Schedule vendor meetings – Google Calendar
Interact with Appfolio ( Property Management Software )
Strong customer service and teamwork skills is desirable
Ability to complete tasks after training and basic instruction
Maintain open task list and provide daily updates to management
Pay and Schedule
Position Start March 1, 2024
Hourly pay $25 an hour to start with the possibility of advancement
Health Insurance available for all employees
Available 8a-5p Monday – Friday ( Some Saturday work required )
Schedule is 40 hours per week
Must have reliable transportation
