We are looking for a professional, responsible individual with an active BSIS guard card who can start ASAP (next week!) at a beautiful property in Escondido. The property is Large, well-kept and active! We are looking for an attentive officer who will take ownership and provide the upmost professional level of service to all of the residents, employees of the property, vendors, law Enforcement that frequents the area. We are looking for an officer or two who like to work independently and can be trusted.
-create and submit reporting at each shift, on time, promptly, with clear descriptions.
- follow lock up procedures
-survey property and parking lots consistently for activity or out of ordinary traffic and vehicles
-conduct detailed reporting anytime there is an event/ incident/ law Enforcement activity on the property
- friendly and clear communication at all times.
-Look professional and presentable at all shifts
- take ownership
-be a brand ambassador
-potentially help train the next hires
Looking for 40 hours for one shift/ 24 for another. all are SWING, mostly beginning at approximately 6pm.
