· We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers. You must understand the value of our approach and have the desire to join our mission.
Objectives:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target key accounts in the Smoke & Vape, C-store, and other related industries.
· Build a valuable and convertible pipeline, using activity and result goals.
· Your relentless drive to understand customer needs will align with our products-resulting in a winning combination.
Responsibilities:
· Consistently generate new business and grow existing business within specified target regions.
· Make 100+ calls per day to engage, qualify, and close new stores and wholesalers.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts, building trust and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.
· Continuously assess market trends, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
· Implement a system with our lead generation team that is tightly coupled with your sales efforts to deliver maximum results.
· Refine and practice a communication plan that demonstrates the value of the Lamp Nutra / Royal Kratom products to your client’s business.
· Adopt a modern, data-driven, lead generation sales approach. You will employ an effective and state-of-the-art sales methodology. Using our CRM tool (METHOD) and working in an open and challenging team setting to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in the industry (Smoke and Vape Stores/ Wholesalers, C-Store, and other related industries)
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs to drive sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
