Compensation: Commission-Based + Bonus Potential (Six-Figure Plus Earnings Opportunity)

Job Overview:

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for success? Do you have a proven track record in door-to-door sales? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our team in selling AT&T Home Internet and wireless services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with the potential to earn over six figures through commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.

Drive sales of AT&T Home Internet and wireless services within assigned territories.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize team performance.

Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives to grow the team.

Foster a positive and competitive team culture focused on achieving high sales volumes.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
