As a Retail /Wholesale Sales Representative at Terra Bella Nursery, you will:
Utilize Your Plant Knowledge: Put your extensive plant knowledge to work by helping our wholesale customers select the right plants for their needs.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with our wholesale clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Terra Bella Nursery.
Requirements:
Extensive plant knowledge and nursery experience are a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and passionate about plants and horticulture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
