The Role:
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help grow our client base. You’ll build relationships, follow up with leads, and promote our services. Great for someone who’s driven, confident on the phone, and excited by commissions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new leads
Engage with prospects by phone, email, text, and in person
Follow up on inquiries quickly
Gather client info and update CRM
Review A/R details to recommend factoring options
Negotiate pricing within guidelines
Prepare/send Factoring Services Agreements
Collect required documents & coordinate with compliance
Track all opportunities through CRM
Stay updated on trucking industry trends
Qualifications:
Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
1+ year sales experience or bachelor’s degree
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Resilient, motivated, and goal-driven
Microsoft Office experience; Salesforce a plus
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 AM–5 PM.
Training: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5 PM (PST) for the first two weeks.
Remote States Only:
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, OK, SD, TX, WA, WY. We are unable to consider applicants residing outside of these locations at this time.
Compensation:
$19.24–$21.16/hr + commission (over $20k/yr possible).
