Santé Personal training & Wellness is a BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART 5300 SQFT private, by appointment only facility providing wellness and personal training services.
-We have a large indoor workout area as well as a 2000 square foot outdoor exercise area!
-Prime location in Del Mar By Whole Foods shopping center. Close to 5 freeway.
-We are looking for several business-minded specialists: DC, HHP, exercise physiologist, psychologist, medical esthetician, massage therapist and acupuncturist and personal trainers.
-Run your own business as a sub tenant. Having existing patients / clients is a plus but we will help you to build your practice by cross referrals with other trainers, coaches and practitioners. We will have many new clients that need to be matched up with practitioners and trainers.
-We offer private offices and treatment rooms for rent as well as a shared training space.
Trainers we have a tiered rental structure that fits the needs of your business as your business grows.
All utilities including WiFi is included. We provide lockers, showers and towels for your clients.
