We’re looking for a skilled and reliable technician with experience repairing phones and computers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair phone and computer hardware/software issues
Replace phone screens, batteries, and internal components
Install and troubleshoot operating systems and software
Perform data transfers, backups, and device resets
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide great customer service and explain repairs clearly
Requirements:
Prior experience repairing iPhones, Androids, laptops, and/or PCs
Knowledge of common tools and parts used in repairs
Strong attention to detail and steady hands for delicate work
