Service Advisor / Service Manager
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Performance-Based Pay
We’re a growing independent automotive repair shop looking for a high-level Service Advisor / Service Manager who understands how a shop truly runs — not just selling work, but controlling shop flow, supporting technicians, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What This Role Is Responsible For:
Owning daily shop flow (car count, scheduling, bay utilization)
Writing accurate estimates and presenting repairs with confidence
Leading the front counter and setting the tone for the shop
Communicating clearly between technicians and customers
Ensuring inspections are complete and recommendations are consistent
Coaching technicians and holding standards
Protecting production, ELR, and overall profitability
Delivering a customer experience that builds long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of shop operations and workflow
Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Able to balance sales, service, and leadership responsibilities
Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
Automotive service experience required (advisor or management level)
