Service Advisor / Service Manager

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Performance-Based Pay

We’re a growing independent automotive repair shop looking for a high-level Service Advisor / Service Manager who understands how a shop truly runs — not just selling work, but controlling shop flow, supporting technicians, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

If you know how to keep the day moving, lead from the front, and treat customers like family, this role was built for you.

What This Role Is Responsible For:

Owning daily shop flow (car count, scheduling, bay utilization)

Writing accurate estimates and presenting repairs with confidence

Leading the front counter and setting the tone for the shop

Communicating clearly between technicians and customers

Ensuring inspections are complete and recommendations are consistent

Coaching technicians and holding standards

Protecting production, ELR, and overall profitability

Delivering a customer experience that builds long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of shop operations and workflow

Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Able to balance sales, service, and leadership responsibilities

Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented

Automotive service experience required (advisor or management level)

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based compensation aligned with skill level and results

Pay increases tied to understanding, leadership, and execution

Monday through Friday schedule — no weekends

Family-oriented, supportive work environment

Stable, established shop with long-term customers

Clear expectations, systems, and leadership support

Our Values:

We treat our customers like family, not transactions.

That means:

Honest recommendations

Clear communication

Respect for their time, money, and trust

We believe a strong shop runs on structure, accountability, and teamwork, not chaos and burnout.

Who This Role Is Not For:

Someone who avoids accountability

Someone who struggles with pricing conversations

Someone who can’t show up to work every day on time

Someone who can’t manage pace and priorities
