We are a growing residential construction company specializing in new home builds, ADUs, and remodels, and we are looking to add reliable, motivated workers to our team.
Positions Available:
1. Site Cleaners / General Labor
Job site cleanup and organization
Debris removal
Keeping projects clean, safe, and efficient
Great entry point into the construction industry
2. Day Laborers / Field Labor
Digging trenches
Grading and site prep
Foundation prep
Assisting trades on site
General hands-on construction work
3. Skilled Labor (Pay Based on Experience)
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Carpentry & framing
Concrete
Flooring installation
Baseboards & trim
Kitchen cabinet installation
Window & door installation
Interior finishes

Construction experience preferred (but not required for cleaning/general labor)
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
