Local commercial door company in search of an experienced technician/installer with management potential. Actually, we are looking for someone who thinks they can and wants to run a door service company.

Consistent forty-hour work week with overtime available most every week.
Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a commercial door technician, working on all types of doors including overhead ( slat, sheet, grilles, sectional etc), hollow metal frames and doors, wood (stain & paint grade), storefront, heavy glass, docks and gates. Can trouble shoot and repair all types of hardware including locks, panics, closers and access control systems. Able to perform complete and accurate field take offs for repair or replacement of doors or hardware. Must be able to follow directions and pay acute attention to detail.
AAADAM certified for automatic doors.
Welding skills
Electrical experience both line voltage and low voltage
Able to work independently and or effectively run a 2- or 3-man crew
Understands the difference between good enough and excellent work
Position includes:
