Drywall and Painting Technician Wanted (San Diego)
The team at Centerpoint Construction Services is looking for someone with experience and skill in drywall and painting.
Pay rate: Hourly pay rate depends on skillset and experience. Monthly auto and cell phone allowances included. Must be willing and able to travel in San Diego County.
Hours are Monday - Friday - 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Job description:
Perform property related repairs (gates, fences, gutters, stucco, etc.)
Experience in carpentry a plus,
Painting, Drywall, Stucco
Report any/all deficiencies to supervisor
Maintain properties
Qualifications/requirements:
o Minimum of 3 years’ experience
o Able to work without direct supervision
o Tools of trade
o Must be able to lift light to heavy equipment
o Must be able to operate small-motorized equipment
o Valid driver’s license and auto insurance\
