We are seeking for experienced UNDERGROUND WET UTILITIES FOREMAN, PIPE LAYERS, OPERATORS and General LABORS- (water, storm drain, and sewer) working on water, storm drain and sewer installations. The FOREMAN will be responsible for coordinating field operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining production goals, and delivering quality workmanship.
PIPE LAYERS with expertise in the field required. MACHINE OPERATORS with experience in heavy equipment a must! GENERAL LABORS with some experience in underground wet utilities a plus.
FOREMAN Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead crews in the installation of underground wet utilities(water, storm drain, sewer).
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Schedule and coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and report updates.
FOREMAN Qualifications:
Minimum of +5yrs of experience as a Foreman or Lead in underground utility construction.
Strong knowledge of water, storm drain, and sewer system.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
Proficient in crew supervision, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Valid driver's license(CDL preferred).
OSHA certifications a plus.
Strong leadership, Communication, and organizational skills.
