We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced across multiple trades and able to work independently on commercial projects.
Required Experience:
10+ years steel stud framing
10+ years wood framing
5+ years finish carpentry
Skill Requirements:
Framing (wood & steel), including interior and exterior walls
Door & window installation
Chain-link fence installation, hardware, and panic hardware
Drywall: new installation, taping/patching, and skim-coating
Carpentry: assembling/installing furniture, cabinets, crown molding, trim, and millwork
Acoustical ceiling tile and ceiling grid installation
Plumbing: fixture/toilet replacement and minor repiping
Electrical: replacing lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable truck/van/SUV
- Own basic tools and equipment for performing routine maintenance
- At least 10 years of experience in construction
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
